To apply for membership with the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia (BIA), please review the BIA Bylaws found here and complete the form below. Be sure to select the proper membership type - Builder, Associate or Affiliate - and click "Submit Application" to complete the process.

By submitting this application, you agree to abide by the Bylaws of the BIA and all amendments thereto, and shall waive all claims against the Association, its officers, employees and Board of Directors for any and all acts or actions performed in good faith and in pursuance of the purposes and objectives of these Bylaws.

Builder Members are directly involved in building homes, including development, construction or renovation. Associate Members support the home building industry, providing products or services to builders and developers. Affiliate Members are employees of existing builder and associate members.
