Event Description:
The BIA of Philadelphia invites members and friends to an evening of networking with members of Philadelphia City Council and the PA General Assembly on March 29, 2018 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.

For more than 80 years, the BIA has advocated on behalf of the residential building industry in Philadelphia and its influence has grown to include mixed-use and nonresidential construction. This annual event helps us advance our legislative agenda to promote a healthy development climate on behalf of a wide range of industry professionals: builders, real estate developers, subcontractors, designers, finance experts, brokers, product manufacturers, and others. 

Join us at one of the best networking events of the year and help us raise money for BIA’s PAC, Philadelphia Builders for Affordable Housing.

Since it is a fundraiser, every attendee must make a donation to the PAC, including BIA Annual Sponsors.  Minimum donation is $100 per person; preferred donation levels are listed below.

(In compliance with PA Campaign Finance requirements, only personal, partnership and PAC contributions may be accepted. Corporate contributions are prohibited. Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes.)
