Event Description:
With the new Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC) taking effect in Philadelphia this summer, air sealing to a required air infiltration rate of 3 ACH50 is a reality. Plan on attending this seminar to learn how you can meet this new requirement.

The Pennsylvania Housing Research Center will share detailed information on air sealing methodologies and code changes. AeroBarrier will present the automated air sealing solution it provides builders that will help members meet the new code requirement and pass the blower door test.
