Join the BIA for a conversation about all things multifamily!

According to a recent CBRE Multifamily Report, an estimated 14,000 units are currently under construction or in lease-up in Philadelphia. While the next 18 to 24 months are likely to be challenging, multifamily will remain an integral housing type in the future.

The BIA is hosting a forum to address the specific interests of all those involved in multifamily development and construction – builders, developers, owners and managers, design professionals, suppliers, lenders, and others.
