Event Description:


In this Building Industry Association of Philadelphia lunch-and-learn “An Overview of Affordable Housing Tax Credits,” Jared Klein, Of Counsel at Nochumson P.C., will discuss the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and how developers can best utilize the program to obtain tax credits and other benefits while developing affordable housing for Philadelphians. This seminar is geared towards individuals or entities who are looking to invest and/or build affordable, multi-family housing. 

In the seminar, Jared will walk attendees through the background of the LITHC program, its related alternative programs, the benefits of obtaining tax credits, and the process and deadlines to participate in the program.
