Join the BIA at OCF Fishtown for a discussion about Philadelphia zoning with board member Ronald J. Patterson. Ron is the co-chair of the zoning and land use practice at Klehr Harrison and will provide a zoning overview, including details about the Philadelphia Zoning Map and Zoning Code, zoning site plans, and other information that will help you understand the city's zoning and spot zoning issues.
