Join the BIA YP for a tour of Arthaus Condominiums with Carl E. Dranoff, founder and CEO of Dranoff Properties, Inc.

Carl Dranoff had a vision. To create a private, lush sanctuary in the heart of the cultural and arts mecca of Center City. A home for the enlightened. Those who are both patrons of the arts and connoisseurs of architecture. Arthaus is the realization of that vision.
