Join us for a meeting with Board Member Greg Hill and learn about his success as a developer and his latest project Huntingdon Mills. Located on the border of the Fishtown and Kensington neighborhoods, Huntingdon Mills is a civic-focused and mission-driven real estate development targeted for individuals and organizations in the health and human services sector. The project is a historic restoration that will transform a century-old industrial complex into a vibrant mixed-use community.

Managing Partner and Founder

Greg has over 30 years of experience in the real estate development and construction management industries. Prior to forming D3, Greg was a managing partner in Brown Hill Development, a company specializing in residential and mixed-use projects. Greg’s areas of expertise include acquisitions, financing, entitlements, design, and construction.

Greg is also the president of JMB Associates, LLC, a regional construction management firm serving local and national clients. Under Greg’s direction, the company has constructed thousands of residential units and millions of square feet of commercial, retail and industrial buildings in various metropolitan markets including Philadelphia, New York City, Boston, and Washington, D.C.
