The BIA YP Speaker Series continues in July with Gary Jonas of The HOW Group on July 21!

Gary and his team will give a tour of Harbisons Dairy and Jasper House, which are briefly described below. After the tour, we will gather for a Q&A session and learn more about HOW's work, Gary's role as president of the BIA, and the latest news from the association. 
 



The Harbisons Dairy building dates back to the 1890s, when the Harbisons family served the neighboring homes with the daily delivery of milk. The building underwent a complete renovation with a 2-story overbuild constructed on the existing building. The project includes 86 residential units, Pop! Promos headquarters, Forin Café, and G-Strength Personal Training.      

 

Southwood Properties, in partnership with The HOW Group and Sterling Wilson, acquired the former Comly Auction House in December 2021. The existing warehouse and parking lot will be converted into Jasper House, a multi-family project consisting of 139 residential units, 10 artist studios, and 10,000 square feet of industrial space. Residential units will deliver in the first quarter of 2023.
 


Both projects include a mix of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments, and a full amenity package. Residents enjoy access to a boutique fitness center, resident lounge, roof deck lounge, and dog park.
