Projects:

1148 Frankford is a new five-story building that will wrap around the rear of the existing Frank Furness designed bank building. Alterra Property Group's  new mixed-use building will house a 2,600 sf Wells Fargo Branch and residential lobby on the ground floor, 60 apartments on floors two through five, and a roof deck with sweeping skyline views. Twenty surface parking spaces will remain on the ground floor and be shared between Wells Fargo (10 spaces) and the new commercial tenants.  Once vacated by Wells Fargo, the bank building will be restored to its original grandeur and re-tenanted.

Wendle Place is a new luxury townhome community located in the heart of Philadelphia's Northern Liberties neighborhood. Brought to life by Catalyst City Development, this community features 34 townhomes designed by Gnome Architects and built by GRIT Construction, spanning four development phases from N 6th Street to N Marshall Street. Each townhome is 19 feet wide and has nearly 3,000 sf of living space with three bedrooms, three full and two half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The homes feature above standard ceiling heights, a private rooftop with green roof, and two distinguished design packages.

The Beverly is a state of the art six story, 50-unit, mixed-use building in the heart of Northern Liberties, located directly on the 2nd Street corridor. The 57,000 square foot project by Stamm Development Group (SDG) and built by Tester Construction Group is triangular shaped and features curved balconies on the far north point of the building. The building is a cast-in-place concrete structure over the basement and first floor area. The project also includes the construction of the upscale vibe dining restaurant, SIN on the ground floor. The building boasts luxury from top to bottom, inside and out.

The Piazza Alta: Post Brothers' newest addition to The Piazza, Alta, is a collection of residences thoughtfully designed to set a new standard for city living. Offering a wide array of layouts – from studios to penthouses – and four different finish schemes, including Timeless, Scandinavian, Sleek, and Penthouse, each apartment offers spectacular light and air. In addition to its premier Northern Liberties location, adjoining the vibrant neighborhood of Fishtown, these stylish apartment homes include modern features and exceptional amenities unlike anything you’ve ever seen.
