Event Description:
Join the BIA's Building Innovation Committee for an in-depth look at the building envelope and protecting your new construction project from water intrusion.

Water damage is one of the leading concerns for new construction builders, homebuyers, and renters, as well as the City of Philadelphia. From the foundation to the roof deck, our member experts will dissect best practices, code minimums, and the importance of sequencing and oversight.

Developers, builders, designers, subcontractors, and product manufacturers are encouraged to participate in this important discussion.

As required by the City of Philadelphia, masks must be worn unless eating or drinking while seated.
