Please join us for an evening of networking with real estate development entrepreneurs and our City Council ally Councilwoman María Quiñones-Sanchez, Thursday, April, 11, 2019 form 5 to 8 pm.

Councilwoman Sanchez has been a champion of equitable housing development and small businesses. She was the author of the $100K BIRT exemption, single sales factor for manufacturing and Bcorps, and with the support of BIA and others, she recently secured a $100M commitment to affordable housing. The Councilwoman is also leading the discussion on Opportunity Zones and Transit Oriented Development TOD. She chairs Appropriations and Licenses and Inspections.
