BIA member Brian Sperling, Vista Wealth Solutions, is a hosting an information session designed  for family-owned businesses and closely held S Corp owners, particularly real estate developers, who are writing large checks to the IRS each year and would rather see that money working for their own families.

The Split-Funded Defined Benefit Plan is an actuary-managed structure that combines a traditional pension, 401(k)/profit-sharing, and cash value life insurance into one IRS-sanctioned plan, allowing high-income business owners to redirect significant business income taxes into guaranteed retirement income for themselves and lasting financial security for the people they care about most.
