Please join the BIA Green Committee and the AIA Philadelphia Housing Committee for a presentation on High Performance Housing and a moderated discussion on the challenges and opportunities facing its expansion in the Philadelphia market.

  • What are the key features and design elements that define High Performance Housing?
  • What are the biggest obstacles to realizing High Performance Housing in Philadelphia?
  • What are some ways to drive down the cost of High Performance Housing and what incentives are there for developers, designers and builders?
