Event Description:
Commercial Property-Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) is a financing structure that allows commercial property owners to obtain financing for eligible energy and water savings projects, typically through private capital providers, and to repay the financing through a special assessment similar to a property tax assessment.

C-PACE can be applied to recently completed projects and projects in planning stages.
