BIA Member JUMPStart Philly's JUMPinar series features industry experts speaking on topics of interest to the real estate development community.

On May 22, Judith Fagin, principal of Project Management Associates, will host an in-person workshop that will break down the process of strategically and effectively facilitating a real estate development project, through the lens of her consulting expertise. We will discuss what project management is and why you should care about it, how it applies to your real estate goals, the importance of risk evaluation, development timelines, team communication, organization and more.
