BIA Member JumpStart Philly's JUMPinar series features industry experts speaking on topics of interest to the real estate development community. On April 10, Nic Esposito, a writer, publisher, entrepreneur, urban farmer, and circular economy professional, joins us to discuss sustainable practices in real estate development, and how to implement innovative strategies for reducing waste and energy use. 

Each JUMPinar dives into a different subject and alternates between in-person and virtual to balance the benefit of networking with accessibility. This semi-monthly series is beneficial for both brand new investors and experienced developers.
