Join BIA Member JUMPStart Philly and Neil Goldman, LES NRG (pronounced less energy), a HERS Rating (Home Energy Rating System) and PHIUS (Passive House Institute US) verifying company based in Philadelphia. Neil will provide an overview of energy efficiency in Philly rowhomes and how to reduce consumption for the end buyer or tenant.
