Join the City of Philadelphia's L+I Chief of Staff for Inspections, Safety, and Compliance, Kenisha Dockery and Intergovernmental Affairs Manager, Lisa Adams, for a clear breakdown of EZ Permit eligibility—what qualifies, and more importantly, what doesn’t. 

They will walk through the EZ standards, application steps, and inspection process so you’ll know when an EZ permit can save you time and money—and when a full permit is required.
