Join Dr. Robert Dietz, NAHB's Chief Economist and Senior Vice President for Economics and Housing Policy, as he provides an overview of economic and housing market conditions with an eye on residential construction impacts as the economy recovers from the virus crisis.

Housing was a bright spot during a challenging 2020. Will that continue in 2021? Is inflation accelerating, and what impact will that have on interest rates?

Dietz will detail and explore macroeconomic factors affecting housing demand, industry-level measures of supply-side headwinds that are limiting construction sector growth, and the financial health of consumers.
