Event Description:


Have you ever received a violation from the Department of Licenses and Inspections (“L&I”)?  Do you have issues with receiving rent from tenants or obtaining a rental license because your properties have violations?  What should you do if L&I marks your property as “imminently dangerous”?

If property owners do not respond to L&I violations in a timely and effective manner, they run the risk of numerous adverse consequences, including not being able to collect rent or evict tenants, being assessed extensive fines (sometimes in the six or seven figures!) and having their properties even demolished.

Please join Natalie Klyashtorny, the head of the Litigation Group at Nochumson P.C, as she leads a discussion about navigating the labyrinth of dealing with L&I violations.
