The BIA is partnering with The Advisory Panel to bring members together for a conversation with Tony Maras of PRDC and Jim Maransky of E-Built. Tony and Jim will provide insight on the current real estate market and where they see it heading in the future.  They will also talk about what they look for in a deal and what the biggest obstacles are now as they develop in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. The agenda includes open networking for 20 minutes, brief committee updates, and the discussion with Tony and Jim.
