BIA Signature Event
The Hard Hat Innovation Tour and Happy Hour

On November 28, the BIA will host its first Hard Hat Innovation Tour and Happy Hour featuring Post Brothers’ Broad and Washington Project. Designed to highlight innovation and best practices in construction, these events will also showcase member-to-member collaboration, member expertise in new and emerging technologies, and onsite safety culture.

Post Brothers, a nationally recognized leader in mixed-use community development, innovation, and sustainability, will host the exclusive behind-the-scenes – and behind-the-walls – look at their latest project, the largest development in Philadelphia’s history. The Broad and Washington project will feature nearly one million square feet of residential, commercial, and public space in the heart of the city. 

Learn more about the project’s novel approach to building design while it’s still under construction and connect with other members in this unique atmosphere. Following the tour, guests are invited to network over drinks at Dock Street Brewery.
