Event Description:
Join members of the BIA and our partners in the Philadelphia Real Estate Alliance for a presentation by Matthew Stitt, one of the region’s experts on public budgeting and financial planning.  With over a decade of experience in the public and private sectors, Stitt will discuss the intersection of development and government.

Following the keynote presentation, moderator John Grady of Wexford Science and Technology will lead a conversation about real estate development with new members of Philadelphia's City Council, including Quetcy Lozada (District 7) and Anthony Phillips (District 9).
