In this lunch and learn, Cohen Seglias attorneys Lane Kelman and Matthew Skaroff will discuss the top ten topics affecting the construction industry in 2021. Topics include material and labor escalation costs, force majeure clauses, the design-assist contract trend, and construction dispute-related guidance.
