The COMSLAB is a long span composite floor system designed to go 30+ feet. The COMSLAB System is a great alternative to Precast and cast in place floor structures. We can work with Cold Form Steel Walls, Structural Steel Systems and Masonry Structures. The quick idea is that every 2’ OC a concrete beam is formed to support the system. COMSLAB is a 1, 2 or 3 hour fire rated system depending on depth of concrete with NO Drywall or Spray Fireproofing needed, ceiling is strictly for aesthetics.
