Overbrook is an integrated real estate owner focused on Affordable Housing in secondary and tertiary markets. We currency own and manage 100+ units of Affordable Housing SFR and small multifamily (2-5 unit) buildings in Philadelphia. For 2023, we plan to acquire 100 units in Philadelphia and are exploring opportunities to expand to additional cities. We believe that with the appropriate capital partner and operating model it would be possible to scale significantly faster both in Philadelphia and other markets.

Our repeatable process has focused on properties with a pro-forma YTC of 10-12%+, which we have been able to renovate, lease, and stabilize within 6 months post acquisition. We've built a variety of systems and tools to optimize each part of the process and believe there is a structural advantage to having an integrated platform in this asset class.
