L+I Services Continue for Construction/Development

The BIA received confirmation from the Administration that L+I services will continue but the MSB Concourse will be closed during this time of restricted business activity. Please see the following details on services. Keep in mind that no L+I permits will be processed or issued through today, March 17, as part of the migration to the eCLIPSE system.
- There will be no in-person submission of permit applications in the Concourse, but pre-eCLIPSE submissions and new applications made via eCLIPSE will be reviewed.
- Inspections will continue but must be scheduled using eCLIPSE or the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone system.
- Since the Permit and License Center in the MSB Concourse will be closed, you cannot stop by and pick up your permit. L+I is figuring out an alternative method to unite people with their permits and will share that information when it becomes available.
As a reminder, the BIA was advised by the Mayor's office on March 16 that construction activity does not fall under the newly announced restrictions on business activity in Philadelphia.
